I’ve used countless float tubes in the last 54 years of fly fishing and this one is the best there is, period. I’m a big man, 6’ 3” and 230 lbs. My last tube was a good tube from a big name manufacturer. After 3 hours of fishing my back and hips would be in agony. With this Fish Cat 5 Max I fish five hours and feel zero pain anywhere! This tube is wider and has bigger diameter tubes so it floats me better. The seat and back rest are excellent! Man I wish I had known about this tube when it first came out. Would have saved me a lot of pain and allowed me to fish more and catch more fish. Buy it.

I have had several float tubes and U-tubes over the decades and this one is so much better that the others aren’t even close. Easy to blow up and super easy to get in and out. It floats you very high out of the water. The seat is comfortable with a great backrest. Love it!

Great float tube. The 3 stars are because I could have ordered this from many places but Amazon said it would be here by the 24th and I needed it for the weekend. Won't be here til the next week though so no fishing trip. Will not order from there again.

I've owned several float tubes in the past. This is my first Outcast. I'm really impressed with this boat. The larger size was a factor in my purchase. All construction materials used feel superior to my other tubes. The magnets used to hold the stripping apron were a nice surprise. Who ever thought that up should get a bonus. Guess what. Not made in China. Made in Vietnam. As a Vietnam vet I could not be happier about that.

Quality float tube. Make sure you pump it up before you use it the first time and leave it overnight to ensure it holds air. Took it on a trip and pumped it up. About 10 mins in water I noticed one side started to feel soft. Turn out I had a hole in it. Luckily the patch kit worked but I’d say quality control is lacking. Very frustrating considering the reputation of this company.
