The amount of adjustability on the ratchet makes it my go-to tool everytime. I really like the angled head adjustment for hard to reach bolts under my car. For stubborn bolts, fully extending the handle provides enough torque without taking out the breaker bar. I've been using this ratchet for over a year and no issues yet.

I love the adjustable and ratcheting head where we can change the angle and it locks in place. I love that it changes length from about 9 to 14 inches and it locks in place. This is a 3/8 socket wrench. But it needs to get longer…17-18 inches to provide better leverage working underneath the car. The right angle and length would make this tool the perfect fit. Ok…stop laughing because you know, I know. 5-stars!

Good: Versatile, well-made, strongBad: Heavy - but that’s understandable because it’s made out of steel and the flex & extendable features add more parts thus more steel and weight. Also not good is that the lever for the ratchet is “opposite” of the norm for this ratchet. At the 7 o’clock position of the lever (see picture), ideally it should be in the “tighten” mode - this tool does the opposite. So if all your ratchets are using the normal lever position, this tool will function “reverse” of what you’re used to.The button that locks the flex function is a nice touch. Actually this is the only tool with such a convenient function using a button.Overall, this is the best 3/8” ratchet with all these functionality at a reasonable price. The button quick-release is always a must-have.The extended length is also ideal for the torque limits of a 3/8” ratchet which is helpful in avoiding to switching to a 1/2” or a breaker bar.Verdict: make the ratchet lever go the normal way, and this tool will get a 5-Star rating and best bang for the buck.

I prefer this ratchet over all the others I own, my Father said he liked it, and wouldn’t mind having one so he got a 3/8 drive as a gift, said he would like to have a 1/2 in drive and 2 have been ordered one for him and one for myself!

My very old 1/4" ratchet failed and I ordered a replacement off Amazon but hated it and finally returned it. Unfortunately a 3/8" with an adapter doesn't always fit in the available space. So before starting a major engine removal project I found this one. This item looks a lot like a 1/2" ratchet I bought a few moths ago and this works like a dream. Good price, great functionality.

It appears well made. The pivot mechanism for the head is solid and locks in place well. The extension arm is easy to slide out and should come in handy. Haven’t used it yet but my experience with ratchets tells me it’s a good addition to my toolkit

I needed a versatile tool and this is fits the bill. As a machinist, I deal with some tricky assemblies/disassemblies, so this is a great tool. This is made in Taiwan but is very high quality. The head articulates 180 degrees and locks in several angles. The locking mechanism is in a handy place and locks solidly. The head function is almost on par with snap on, proto, IMO. The ratcheting is crisp and solid with little backlash with each increment and the socket release is smooth and feels comfortable. If you plan to push drivers to the limit, I'd suggest not getting quick releases, as the borehole in the square drive head will weaken it a little, compared to a solid square head....but most likely the pawls will fail first. It has 72 teeth so good in tighter spaces, or especially when the handle is at full extension. The head's reversing is smooth and solid too. It is fully serviceable if needed (you will need a t-10 and t-8 torx drivers). The head is attached to the body with a high strength torx bolt than can be adjusted for tension. I've had other articulating drivers fail at the swivel joint, when they use a press-pin design. Get a threaded pin...they'll last longer and be a stronger design. I love the extension handle, which is solid, strong and sure beats a pipe on a wrench handle! The handle is an oil/solvent resistant rubber and is very comfortable, especially when working in cold environments. I think if you have a super stuck on bolt, maybe a breakover bar is better but this is very strong and I haven't failed it, even when taking off rusted bolts from a 1-1/2" shaft. So for the price, I'm getting the 3/8, and 1/4 drivers too. Super impressed with this tool so far.
