This is not the right shape, and it feels like the wood is going to fall out the ends. This is a replacement for one that I have worn out, and this one is not designed as I would like, The height capacity is quite tall, and if there is not a lot of wood in this, it doesn’t function well and the strap and the velcro attachment on the handle is really not necessary if designed correctly. It isn’t a bucket style, just a long piece of nylon type canvas, not the real canvas. This says oxford cloth, but it is slick, so I’m not sure what the fabric is. However, the slick surface type could be an advantage for not holding shavings and pieces of wood.

The gloves included are unnecessary and not very helpful since they don’t have any silicone pads on them or Kevlar lined. The bag to carry wood is meant more for smaller decorative pieces not big campfire logs that have some heft. I’d carry kindling with this bag but not much else. The material is a thin nylon like piece that doesn’t feel thick and puncture resistant
