How to Use:
Fill your oil candle or vessel with Firefly lamp oil. Insert the wick holder into the opening and adjust the wick height—just above the holder rim is best. Light the wick and allow the flame to stabilize over the first minute. Replace the wick as needed and reuse the holder as often as you like.

I needed a wick for my Blown glass oil lamp. Previously I had a wick with a wire bundle holding it. Yet the lamp oil dissolved quickly. So Amazon search for wick bracket. This came with wicks and an aluminum composite 8 mm size of the drop-in style bracket. I had measured the size of my hole and found it to be 7mm. So I thought the larger size offered would fit tightly. And I was correct! I sanded the glass opening, until I could smoothly slide the tube into the glass opening. This photo shows the design. Highly recommended based on months of usage!!! Quality design, fuel preservation, wick preservation, and easy to adjust to find appropriate height of flame. Over the months we have found this wick bracket to be durable and easy to use!!!

Who new? Firefly has Youtube videos discussing oil lamp wicks.I bought these as a replacement for my hand blown oil lamps which my wife loves. Unfortunately, they smoked quite a bit even with a very clean lamp oil. They were larger fiberglass wicks. The Firefly folks recommended a thinner, cotton wick on their video. They are right. The lamps work much better with these wicks, no smoke & better flame.I bought their lamp oil as well

Great for lightbulb lamps. I drill out the plug end snd these fit perfectly in. I glue them in the end.

Used these for some hand blown glass oil lamps and they work well. There are two different sizes that are sold. The width of the wick is the only difference. The metal piece is the same size in both products.

The wick is great, exactly what I was looking for. I have shopped all over for the correct size, retail and online. I came across this website and they had exactly what I was looking for.
