I love my feet!! I have to ware fire resistant clothes at work so why wouldn’t I use them at the track. Fire suits only protect so much. An added layer to me is worth it. It’s up to you to decide.

Quality socks. I used them two days straight and they stayed comfortable both days. They are tight to get on so be warned.

I really wanted to like these socks.However the elastic at the top of sock is too tight (Even in the XL size). The opening of the sock is super small. The distance from the top of my foot to the back of my heel is waay to tight. I have to fight to put these on. Every time I put them on or took them off I felt like the sock was going to tear at the opening.Once you fight to get these things past your heel, the opening is now too small for your calves.Do not buy if you have large feet.
