Factors may cause reading errors:
*Conduct SpO2 measurement on the finger smeared with nail polish; *Body or finger is in motion;
*Finger is not in the proper position; *Finger temperature is too low;
*Low blood perfusion; *Electromagnetic interference;
For the most accurate readings:
a. Make sure your fingers and hands are clean and dry.
b. Wiggle your fingers to circulate blood to them before placing finger into the device.
c. keep movement to a minimum and refrain from crossing arms or legs.
d. Make sure you're sated, and the oximeter is on a flat surface.
Please Note:
Index Finger is the most recommended. if it is too small to be detected, you could use middle finger or big thumb.

Works just fine but battery wore down very quickly in spite of initial full charge per instructions. Apart from that, bright blue light very helpful for me and numbers seem more accurate than my older device that ran on batteries the status of which I never knew. Needs recharging about as often as my Apple smart phone so best to leave it plugged while not being used.

I absolutely love this little pulse oximeter. The color is minty and the device is cute and round. Nice digital lighting too. It's rechargeable so no battery worries. Finger fits in comfortably. I highly recommend it.

Recently I discovered I had low iron, (which carries oxygen to the brain) when I had the flu, I passed out on the bed from the stress, A large part of the problem was my iron levels and difficulty breathing. I was told to get a blood oxygen monitor, and this has worked very well, after about a week of iron supplements my blood oxygen level is almost back to normal!(This monitor takes a reading no matter what side is up or down.)

This pulse oximeter is a great option to have especially with these respiratory illnesses going around it's good to know your oxygen levels. I love the rechargeable feature this one has its saves me from having to keep batteries on hand. And it lasts a long time on one charge. Occasionally it will take a minute to read just take your finger out and reinsert and it will read. Aside from that no complaints.

This thing is a good deal. Screen is easy to read with the result numbers being bold & bright. Charges quickly (thru usb-c which is always appreciated) and lasts a solid amount of time/uses per charge cycle. The sensor accuracy seems fairly decent with it having a similar result compared to my smart watch. Sometimes it seems a bit off but if you reset it by closing it and opening again or put it on and let it stay on your finger for around 30secs-1minute it will correct itself. Build quality is decent, you should be careful not do drop it because the plastic seems a bit cheap but at this price for a rechargeable oximeter you can't complain *too* much. Lastly, it's obviously portable as the product remains true to it's picture. It's as small as a mini candy bar and can fit in almost any pocket or be attached via the mini lanyard they provide.I can't speak for the longevity of this product, since I've only owned It for around one month, but so far no issues. I bought this model because I wanted an oximeter that was rechargeable rather than replacable-battery operated (for obvious reasons) so as long as they put a decent quality lithium-ion within the unit it should last many years with zero issue. My only notes is that the manufacturer should consider using a more durable plastic for the colored housing, a redesigned grip on the back area as it's sometimes hard to open the device, and a durable matte coating on the screen to prevent scratches/dents/etc. If they do that then this device will be perfect for my needs.Overall would definitely recommend this to anybody that needs a simple/easy, stylish, functional oximeter for home + travel that also has the benefit of being rechargeable.
