These are nice deep bowls, perfect for mixing when baking/cooking, not too lightweight. They all nestle together nicely & don’t take up a lot of space. Great price too!

I bought these bowls during prime day and omg, making sourdough has been much easier. I can measure out my ingredients in bulk using the different sizes and I can easily make a double or triple batch of sourdough in them. Want to make egg salad instead? Not a problem! I hand-wash and dry these bowls with no problems. They nest together which makes it easy to store, and unlike other metal bowls the rims are straight, not bent in, so there's no water retention and no risk of rust. They're also light, yet sturdy, so if you have problems with heavy items you won't have a problem with these.

At first when this package arrived I was confused because the box wasn’t that big. Once I used the bowls they held a lot more than I expected. Although, I wish the sides were higher. I’m glad that they hold a lot, but when mixing baking ingredients it’s easier to spill. I love the color of the white bowls! The bowls are lightweight and are a really good quality, I don’t think that the paint will be chipping over time. Overall, good product just wish the sides were higher!

These space-saving stacking stainless bowls are a great way to add many bowls to your kitchen collection. They're made of a medium grade material and are lightweight. On first inspection, they arrived in perfect condition. However, on first use, I noticed a grey residual material on my countertop. Most likely from having not thoroughly washed the bowls prior to first use. Although I had used soap and water, it required another thorough scrub. Luckily I had on hand some Barkeepers Friend and gave these a thorough scrubbing outside and inside. Especially around the top edges where a black residue (most likely from the manufacturing process) was removed. After that thorough cleaning, I did not see any marks on my countertop and was confident I had removed the film leftover from manufacturing.The bowls are very shiny and new when first received. Packaging was sufficient. They arrived on time. So I am happy with the purchase. I just caution anyone receiving anything like this to thoroughly scrub before using.

REVIEW UPDATE 1/6/18 After posting my original review below, was contacted twice by Customer Service, asking if there was anything they could do to remedy the situation, and offered 3 solutions: 1 A full refund. 2 A brand new replacement set of the same bowls 3 A brand new set of different, thicker steel bowls. They ended up giving me a full refund, and, I didn't have to ship the original, dented bowls back. While my original opinions of the bowls stand, the value of the bowls + customer service is clearly 5 Stars.ORIGINAL REVIEW December 2017. This budget set is ok. They do the job of mixing cooking ingredients together. They're durable & clean easily. The cheap price comes from the bowl's walls being very thin, about the thickness of a dime. Stainless steel gets banged up very easily when its this thin - especially on the bigger bowls where they'll be more flexible. So even though they come with a "mirror shine" - it doesn't mean anything. Mine came with a few dings & dents in some of the bowls, and they've never been used. This is how thin the walls of the bowls are. You could bend these bowls out of shape with your bare hands, using just moderate strength.All that said, for pure cooking functionality - they'll work fine. The more you use them & longer you own them, the more beat up they'll get. So they are NOT mixing and serving bowls.
