I will order these again because they replaced defective ones without problem. Two of the total of ten I have gotten had the height adjustment thumb-nut threaded not perpendicular (5+ degrees off) with the nut surface. That results in the nut wobbling as you turn it. Not useful. Fit on the CXA holder is a bit loose but works OK. As mentioned, if tight tolerances are needed, maybe buy a name brand at a much higher price. More than fine for hobby work though where I can touch off the tool to ensure depth is right each time a tool is changed.Maybe unfair at this price point but I gave it 3 out of 5 assuming that a "perfect" tool holder would be 5 of 5 and because of the thumb-nut problem.

It's cheap! It works well! Notibly more slope before caming things down tight. Your setup may vary but I'll buy again.

Love the quick change capability. Just tool up, align with the center and cut. Put away until next time.

This CXA is completely compatible with Aloris CXA quick change tool posts. The mating surfaces are ground perfectly, This holder is satisfactory in all respects.

Got one of these to try out before ordering more. Finish is quite good, finely ground wedge faces. I have an Aloris CXA toolpost, and the fit is a bit looser than a real Aloris tool holder, but still tightens up fine. As many have stated, the clamp screws are a bit of a loose fit, so I'll probably replace those, but for 1/4 the cost of Aloris or Dorian, well worth it, IMO.
