To shorten a long story; old, dirty filter was mislabeled for size and also an odd size. Discussed with customer service and they replaced with correct size at no charge! Very pleasant and easy communication process! I will be ordering ALL of my air filters from them. Use their subscription service to get bulk shipment once or twice a year.
