Extremely well made, highly functional, bright red, not easy to lose, fits perfect and reasonably priced this is definitely a must have for anyone who has Coleman stoves or lanterns that use gas.

I was having problems with my older Coleman lantern of it holding pressure. This cap is great it comes in several different colors so you can get it to match your lantern or stove. I have the nice little red old lanterns that I love the looks up I like that this matches. Holds pressure great and it looks better than some of the other replacement caps I have tried on my other lamps in the past because of the matching color.

This fit my 228F exactly as it should. It held good pressure. It's heavy and the inside threads look pristine. I think this fuel cap will hold up nicely over time. It functions just like the original one did! Great value for the money. I'm going to get a few more in the green.

Cap was a perfect fit. Ended up trashing the lanterns they were 70's rusted pieces of trash beyond repair.

This fuel cap is a perfect fit on gas powered lanterns and stoves. It may have other applications as well. The finish is excellent and at first try the threads seemed a bit rough but worked themselves smooth with use. It was fitted on three different lanterns and it functioned perfectly providing a good airtight seal. Time will tell how well the red finish will hold up but it’s nice to have an additional option for a fuel cap.

The box contained 1 - LVACODV filler cap with a rubber gasket for a Coleman lantern. I installed the cap onto a Colman 200A lantern and pressured up the font. I lit the lantern and ran it for 15 minutes then shut it down. The rubber gasket in the cap has been exposed to the fuel and pressure and is still holding after 3 days and several cycles of running. I like the slits in the threads that allow to safely bleed down the pressure. I am satisfied with this product.
