Cannot use as doesn’t stick. Worse I am disabled and they want to charge $7 for a pick up of a defective item. That is a rip off. Look at the cost of the product. Better for me to just throw it in the trash.

This is the best product, simply made from strong material. We carry our 25 kg dog down 3 flights of stairs with this and it saves his achey joints. The only difficulty I have is in getting up from the stairs with him on my back once I've got him strapped in. As a suggestion, use a table or higher-level bench to place the dog on, strap the dog in, and put the straps on from that height. It packs neatly into a little travel pack. We're really grateful to have found this excellent product.

Sehr kleines Packmaß. So passt es für mögliche Notfälle auch in den kleinen Trailrucksack. Ist ab jetzt immer dabei, wenn ich mit unserem Hund laufen gehe.
