Sensory fidget stones were as described. My kid definitely picked a favorite, the bumpiest one. He uses it while reading as just following lines of text is not stimulating enough to keep his body calm. I like that these are easy to clean.

So I was hoping these would satisfy that need. Unfortunately, even though this is a really good product, they will not work for us.This sensory stones are very thick and quite stiff, which is good if you want them to last a long time without being bit through or ripped. However, my teens say they’re too hard and big to be satisfying to chew. They want something more squishy and bendy.Also, they don’t like the ridges in their mouths. We’ve decided these are awesome to hold in a pocket and rub with your fingers (those ridges do feel quite satisfying!), but not our favorite to chew on.

They are part of my sensory box at my psychiatry office. Would repurchase as they wear out or disappear.

This is perfect for my son to use quietly and discreetly under his desk at school. He has ADHD and needs to keep his hands busy.

So far, so good! My teen ASD child needs a fidget or they will bite their nails/cuticles until they bleed. We have TONS of fidgets but having a quiet one that can be safely chewed is wonderful. They are as described, all slightly different sizes (red is the smallest but still around a 1/2 dollar size) & most w a different texture on each side. (Of the 12 sides - 2 sides per fidget, 3 are smooth.) We got these specifically bc they have a hole at the top & can be added to a key chain or bracelet (although they would be imposing on the wrist). We have not done this yet & there is the chance the hole would rip but for the price point we are willing to try. And we are crossing our fingers these aren’t toxic (they say non toxic but who knows). Also would not recommend for kids that could swallow-box says 3 but I think more 8 yrs old.

I'm not sure if these are appropriate for someone who is really young with smaller hands. They are perfectly fine for an adult because they don't easily drop out of the hand. They feel very soft if the surface is not covered by texture but those textures that are there feel a bit aggressive and rough if you keep rubbing them. They do feel durable, and could be a neat-cute way to entertain themselves. Either at church or at the doctor office. They function as expected.

A nice set of stones to fidget with. I do with some of them had more of a point but they keep your hands busy and has nice storage for them. No bad chemical smells or anything either.
