These worked great for me in my garage. they are ceramic magnets and they tend to be on the dirty side. they will leave behind debris and mark up clothing and hands with black ceramic soot.

Not a quality product. All edges were not finished off, making them sharp. Magnetics were also dirty. I had black stuff all over my hands that was hard to get off. The strength was not as strong as others I've bought in the past that were only a fraction of the size, well made & polished. I'll just go back to those.

Bought these for magnet pain therapy. Determined the north side using a pole tester then placed the magnets in a pillow within the cushion stuffing with the north side facing the body. Whalaah!

I have other magnets this same size that I got at a hardware store. These one are so strong that they are hard to pry apart. If you want a strong magnet, this is it.

I bought 5lb magnets and they hold almost as well as these and these are supposed to hold much more.

Happy with packaging - bubble wrap in a plastic box with locking lid (reusable).Happy with how true to the pics - and even the vid showing how to take them apart.I used them on my anvil to quiet the ring, and they work so well I was astonished. It was great to have so many to place all over the anvil and experiment. Immediate improvement, no more efforts required, it sounds like a thunk.Plenty strong, unless your thinking they're rare earth. (I wouldn't try to hold down a tarp in the wind, for example).

I ordered this for my son's science project and they were perfectly. Just be careful because they are powerful and if not handled carefully they will slam together and crack/chip. Luckily I only needed 4 of the 8 magnets so everything worked out perfect. Would order again.
