Not good for pregnant bellies. I tried to wear it to make my hips stand out a bit more with my tight dress that showed my belly, but it literally makes your belly look like a mushroom.

I needed something for a Halloween costume , as I was Jessica rabbit and needed those curves. Though the shorts rolled up it got the job don’t . It came out great & I looked curvy especially when I added my son’s size 2 diaper under the pads lololol . So for the costume this worked lol

I got the nude a hip pads in a medium (5'7" 140lbs). I've struggled with strong hip dips my entire life and wanted to wear a dress with confidence. This item is so amazing!! It made my body look so sleek. My dresses look so beautiful on me with this item underneath. Highly recommend if you struggle with hip dips! It does squish the booty down a little but completely worth it if you want a smooth silhouette. I'm super happy with this shapewear!
