Works as designed. Oil doesn't leak. If installing on a 1st gen SOHC Neon, make sure you get the cam seal retainer. Otherwise, you may suffer the same fate I did when the seal pushed out of the head. The retainer was only added by Mopar later. Early 1st gens didn't get them from the factory.2000 since install and no leaks.
