It's Fel-Pro, that's all you need to know. My only complaint is the exhaust manifold gaskets that they make are slotted. While this makes for super easy installation they frequently blow out quickly. Small blocks are notorious for exhaust manifold shrinkage therefore they are warped slightly. Luckily I'm using 180 degree headers and won't be needing them but I wouldn't use them if I had to.

purchased for fel pro heads and intake gaskets. contacted fel pro and no rtv is to be used on heads or on intake gaskets. it is possible to use pea sized amount on each corner of china rails with rubberized gaskets.

I've been installing this brand of gasket on vehicles for over 45 years. The first engine I did head gaskets on could have been on the same assembly line as this one was made. I know this 1962 block came with this brand new. Was on time, box unopened. job finish price perfect.
