This gasket combined with the 5.7l kit (Standard Motor Products 1703 TBI Kit) saved me about $75 rebuilding my '92 Chevy C2500 7.4l throttle body. You'll still need the fuel pressure regulator spring (few will ship to Cali and mine was a couple extra lbs so I won't post it here and confuse anyone) and inlet/outlet O-rings (Dorman 800-013 Viton O Rings).
