I just got this camera and I am thinking about sending it back it has no instructions at all on how to operate The HD streaming camera quick start guide is horrible Chances are I will be sending it back this is a horrible product As far as instruction Frustrating And horrible I did write the company and I'm waiting to see if they will send me any instructions or operator manual Oh did I say horrible horrible Anybody else Buy this Camera

I bought two of these for my YouTube channel, The Edge Of Innovation Workshop. Great picture quality and well built. The will operate vertically or horizontally. These have better picture quality than the more expensive PTZ cameras that I bought. They are plug-and-go which is also very nice. The PTZ cams I bought are a pain to setup. I have a couple of Feelworld products and they are well made and all work well. Their quality is definitely better than the competitors.

This is industrial quality camera with excellent picture, shake control, and response, and most common interfaces. Unfortunately, I had to send it back because it wouldn't do full zoom and focus close enough (honestly, it was 1 foot away, so not like expecting macro). Built and designed for durability / longevity ... like set it up and forget it because it will work. It would be good if it had a small hood that could be snapped on to intercept dust settling on it if it isn't pointed down.

Very nice, high quality picture over HDMI. Zoom works well and focuses all the way out to 10x with no problems. At about 35 feet away I can cover an area about 9' x 5' and in fairly low light conditions. Microphones don't work well at distance and I muted the sound from them. Only big complaints so far are about the instructions and the remote. The instructions are TERRIBLE, contain some info not pertinent to that model and are completely missing other information. The on-screen menus have been poorly translated from Chinese and are difficult to understand. There are some settings that I just don't understand and there are no English instructions available to download that explain the settings. Also, the remote has power button that doesn't seem to do anything other than cause the camera to put a small gray block on a black screen and then freeze the camera and the remote operation. Hitting the power button again will not restore the camera operation; I must un-power and then re-power the camera to make the camera and the remote useable. For $399 I'm not so sure of value; I'm happy with the picture (good value) and but the instructions and remote should be much, much better (poor value).

The problem of this camera is that auto focus is not working after 5X zoom. It will require manual focus.Manual focus still not working at 7X or above. Way too expensive for a camera that can't function correctly.
