Used for a family party and everyone commented on how great it was. I wish it came with a bag or some kind of case to make it easily pack away, but that's not a major downside.Really great tent that was easy to set up that was sturdy enough for our use. With some wind it might be different, but I can't stress enough how this tent helped make our event more magical and memorable.

Great size and easy set up. Very light so needs extra anchors if there's wind.

I bought two of these and they were nice once set up! Took a couple hours to put together but the poles are very weak! We read the reviews before purchasing and a lot of people said to tape all the parts as you put it together so we made sure to do this! We had a small breeze the day of use and even with it being staked down, both of the tents laid over. The tent never lifted the stakes held it down but the metal is so thin they just bent, cracked, and Broke. The tent material itself tore at each corner and the plastic parts twisted. ** Also, we bought heavy duty stakes and rope because the ones that come with the tents are the cheap metal stakes and basically string, there was no way we were gonna trust it to hold the tent down. Thankfully, because of the many bad reviews we bought the insurance and was reimbursed, but as a gift card and you don’t get your taxes you paid back! We were able to rig the tent up long enough to use the one time but it’s garbage now we can’t even piece the two tents to make one, there are too many bad parts. I do not recommend the tent but if your like me and can’t afford a pricier and probably a more reliable tent, then be sure to purchase the insurance with this!!!

Like others, I also read many of the previous reviews before purchasing this tent for my wife's 50th birthday celebration and can attest that most of the reviews and suggestions are both accurate and helpful. Here's what I can confirm: 1. This tent is very light duty and not intended for frequent or repeated use, or for use in extreme weather conditions, especially wind. 2. The tent requires several people and a couple of hours to set up. The instructions are mostly pictorial and need to be looked at carefully. 3. The center roof poles are particularly weak and you must be careful not to bend them during assembly. 4. It has been recommended to apply white duct tape to secure all the joints and this is almost 100% necessary to prevent accidental disassembly and to add strength to the frame when assembling. 5. The Velcro straps that secure the roof to the poles are weakly sewn to the fabric and can easily become detached from tent material if you are too aggressive. Again, this tent is very light duty. That said, this tent is also a fantastic value for one or more uses IF you take the time and attention to set it up gently and use it in near perfect weather conditions. It looks great when it is set up and all of my guests thought it was a professional tent. It will certainly stand up to a modest breeze, but anything greater than a brisk wind will probably destroy it. I was able to disassemble the tent with the same care I used to erect it, and will be able to use it again. I was very impressed with the value I received. The side panels are all individual and can be configured in many different arrangements. I chose to leave one side entirely open so my guests could sit in the shade or take pictures, etc. The two end panels have zippers so you can fully enclose the tent if so desired. It is not mosquito proof, but it would provide additional protection against bugs if that was your intended purpose. I also added LED string lights along the inside roof frame and it looked amazing at night! All round, this is a nice tent to add a decorative space for parties, to provide shade or shelter against the elements, or to add a touch of elegance to any outdoor celebration. I highly recommended this tent, but know what you are paying for.

Glad I read the reviews beforehand. the duct tape on the joints worked very well. I would also add more anchors than come with the tent. The velcro tabs and seams should be reinforced better. they ripped off with the lightest of winds.

You cannot beat the value of this canopy. It is huge. It’s the same price to own it as you would probably spend renting one of the same size. It looks so nice with the detachable walls with cute window cutouts. It was surprisingly easy to set up.Of course you get what you pay for. This is not made for rain and probably not strong winds. I set mine up on a Friday afternoon. Had a party Saturday afternoon. Left it up all day Sunday without checking the weather. Monday morning had a pretty decent rain which caused it to start to come down and bend some of the poles and tear up some of the joints. But before the rain it was standing strong on two slightly windy days.Even after using it for 2 days and letting it get bent up in the rain I was still able to use it for a second party. I straightened up the poles best I could and added white duct tape to a couple of spots that had torn and it was good to go. The top canopy wasn’t stretchy the second time around though and when I went to pull it over the corner it ripped pretty bad. Was still usable. And maybe that was from me letting it get wet then drying. There was probably a way to avoid the tarp drying out like that. Even after the rain damage and the 2 parties ive packed it up and plan to use it again and I don’t doubt it will hold up just as good.I did what other reviews recommended and bought white duct tape because all the connecting posts have joints to hold them together except the 8 poles that actually hold the thing up which they should probably add. And I bought some better stronger sturdy and still inexpensive tent stakes to use instead of just the ones they came with.I would definitely recommend this canopy and I will gladly by another when this one finally gives out on me.

The tent wasn't too difficult to set up, but it's not worth buying. The poles are very thin and are clamped with plastic. There isn't enough ceiling support in the middle and it sagged substantially. We reinforced it with wire and extra anchors but the ceiling collapsed in a small amount of rain, bending and tearing the support pipes and breaking all of the plastic brackets.I liked the way the tent looked while it was standing, but I can't recommend it at all. It is not strong enough for its size.

We decided to take a chance with this little gem. We figured if it got us through the day it would still be half the price of renting one. It arrived quickly - 3 or 4 days & was well packaged. After all of the pieces were laid out/sorted/divided, it took two men about 15 min to essemble the top part (roof area). I had purchased two rolls of white duct tape, following some of the review suggestions, but we didn’t even use it. The connections were tight & figured it would be a pain to take it apart. The only area I was even concerned with was the top bar on an extended section. It had no support & looked like it was going to break - but it never did. (I think it bent on several other reviewers tho) You could totally solve this problem with sticky Velcro - I will def buy some for when it’s used again.Once the roof was put together we had seven people totally hoist it up to add the first pole of the legs. The material it’s made of is basically just a plastic tarp. When you put the tarp on, it is SNUG!! Be gentle or a pole will bend for sure. I would definatley not want to do it with less people. The poles are flimsy & could easily snap - rendering the entire tent unusable. We had to hold on to the legs until we could get them staked - it was lifting off the ground. We had a mild to moderate breeze but nothing worth writing home about. You will definatley need something to anchor this fella down or it will end up flying up in the air like the house on the wizard of oz! We anchored it to the grass on one side of the driveway, the wooden fence on the back & part of our gutter on the other side. It worked out perfectly! Never had a single problem!! It was the perfect purchase!!Tear down was a breeze - took it down the same way we put it up & with just as many people - as not to bend the poles. If you do it neatly you can even get it all back in the same box!Enjoy!UPDATE - my friend borrowed it for their backyard party. Same people putting it together & it literally took 20 minutes total time to put up. We were just as careful - just more experienced. Due to not having enough people at tear down time, they left it up for about four days. Of course we watched the weather, which was nice enough to cooperate. Tear down was again a beeeze & for the second time, we fit it back in the box! We did not use the side panels either time, but I would imagine you would REALLY have to anchor this guy big time if using them.Highly recommend this product if you have the people to help you.
