Now, I have a Super Bright laundry room. Exactly as described. Arrived cardboard cover as seen in my picture. 2 round bulbs, perfect fit, easy to install. Quality product, have had 2 weeks so far no issues.

Both the outer and inner fluorescent bulbs worked fine, but then the inner bulb start to flicker about 10 weeks after installation. Replaced the inner bulb with the old used bulb and the flicker went away. I now have to get a new replacement as the used one, although it works, projects a dim light. Very disappointed in the short life-span of this bulb.
