These pans are sturdy, hold up after years of use. I bought these for myself, because I gave my other two to friends. They had never used such a pan that lasts for years. They clean easily and well worth the money.

A solid 9x13 inch baking tray for my traybakes. I was having trouble finding one in that size in both light aluminium and a raised edge, and this had all of that plus great quality.

Great for lasagna, you get 6 -8 layers of pasta, meatballs cheeses etc. bakes beautifully. 400 degrees 60-75 mintues.

For the record, I am reviewing: Fat Daddio's POB-9134 Anodized Aluminum Sheet Cake Pan, 9 x 13 x 4 InchI have to say that I was a bit concerned about the price, but I can assure you that it is well worth the cost. I bought this because I like to make a deep dish lasagna and I have not been able to find a pan that works without bubbling over and making a total mess of my oven. This pan is amazing! Heavy, durable, easy to clean, and believe me when I say that the ability to clean a piece of kitchen equipment is a really top priority for me is an understatement. I am a stickler for keeping my kitchen stuff looking like new. I hate it when I go to cook at the VFW or the American Legion and everything in the kitchen has baked on grease or carbon and they have not cleaned it properly. I have to spend a day cleaning everything I want to use the next day before I can use it. This pan is super easy to clean, no spots for grease to hide. I am very, very happy with my purchase. I will look for this brand again when I need other pans. One other thing, the rim at the top of the pan has enough hang over to give it real support and that is an example of some very fine engineering.

This is my first time using a Fat Daddio cake pan, but their fondant roller pin is nice and heavy. Based on review research, I chose this pan over Wilton.I was a bit fearful of making such a large cake and getting it to cook evenly, so I also bought the insulating strips and a flower nail to ensure even cooking. I have yet to use it without these accessories, because I can't afford to make a mistake with a cake! I wet the insulating strips (wilton, and per instructions) and pin them in place around the pan, then spray a large flower nail with baking spray and place flat side down in the middle. Cakes come out wonderfully evenly cooked, and no doming in the middle! They were so even across the top I didn't have to level it at all. Well, once I did, but it wasn't by much. Two standard cake mixes will give you quite a nice thick cake as well. I think if you were to use the pan by itself, it would still cook evenly.The nice feature is it's durable construction, I'm always afraid of denting cake pans, but this one is quite durable and heavy. Once you slide the cake out (highly recommend a baking non-stick spray), it comes out with beautiful, even, straight corners, perfect for event cakes. I've also placed a 9x13 in cake on top for more portions and it complements well. Another nice plus: easy to clean and keep in good shape.Based on the performance of this cake pan, I will be looking out for more Fat Daddio baking items. They are very moderately priced and give professional results.
