Used this to get burs out of miniature horse tails- worked it in with my fingers and teased the burs out. Worked way better than other products I tried that spray on. Made their hair nice and soft. Good value for sure, as it does go a really long way. We did 7 horses and used about 1/4 bottle

Livraison très bien et C'est un super bon produit, par contre lorsque je me suis abonnée commande automatique ce prix était pour 2 bouteilles alors que maintenant sans m'informer c'est devenu le prix pour 1 bouteille. Alors je ne sais pas si je vais continuer à utiliser ce produit. ce n'est pas de la bonne publicité.....

I’ve used the Vetrolin detangler for the past 5 years on my draft horses. It does wonders on their manes and tails. I apply the detangler to a pin brush and then brush the mane or tail with no snagging, Tangles disappear and the hair is left with a nice sheen. I apply it three times a week and it helps keep them looking good between brushings.

After washing mane and tail, I use surgical gloves to apply Vetrolin, so that it doesn’t stick to my hands. I apply one coat of Vetrolin to wet hair, let dry and apply again. I reapply and let hair fully soak it in as many times as needed until the mane and tail stops looking dry or brittle on the ends. Only after that process, I run a large tooth comb through the mane and tail, starting at the bottom and working upward. Sometimes I spread the process out over two days to get better absorption. The detangling effect lasts for several months on pasture horses, saving an immense amount of time in daily mane and tail detangling. Rain doesn’t seem to affect the performance. Even the occasional dried Bermuda stems and roots do not entangle in my horse’s thick tails when I use Vetrolin in this way. Several years experience using it this way. Never failed as yet. If you shampoo often, you’ll have to reapply after shampooing.Vetrolin, Please don’t ever change this formula. It works great!
