This mount comes in 4 pieces. There are no instructions, but it doesn't take long to figure out how to assemble it. It's really sturdy and clamps onto the handlebars like nobody's business when just tightening by hand. It accommodates a wide range of handlebar diameters. It also has a tight grip on your cell phone so it's very unlikely to fall out. With the ball joint, it's simple to adjust the viewing angle, and again, once tightened down by hand, it's not going to move.My only concern is that this is a bit heavy and so it's not the best for a non-electric street or mountain bike. It's perfect for an ebike or motorcycle.

This phone holder is extremely well made. I mounted it on my electric scooter handlebar and it is very secure. It held the phone in the exact position I had set it too even over very bumpy terrain. I highly recommend this phone holder.
