Despite some small manufacturing flaws, this is the fastest and smoothest key I’ve ever used. Ould buy again - but would hope for less nicks and scrapes.

In person, you do get the impression that this is a high-quality corkscrew! The multiple-stepped horseshoe does help extract the cork. There is a built-in foil knife and a bottle opener hook. Nothing bad to report.

So this has a novel concept. In the last picture I posted, you will see a fairly standard wine bottle opener.1) I really like the foil cutter. Unlike the average wine bottle opener the knife used to cut the wrapping around the bottle neck is curved. The common is straight and easily slips as you cut it. The curved blade hugs the bottle, reducing the slipping of the blade making for a neater cut.The standard leverage style relies on one arm resting on the edge of the wine bottle lip. Normally not a big issue but can be an issue. Everything from slipping off the lip as you applied pressure, to digging into the cork possibly causing the cork to break. What this does, is rest firmly on the top of the bottle and hugs the cork as you apply pressure. This reduces the chances of slipping or breaking of the cork.I like it, but I am still getting used to it, though I am making a point to use it as my primary wine bottle opener, to see if I get more accustomed to it. I have been using the old style for generations and so I am really comfortable with the older style. This seems like a good wine bottle opener, and would be good for those starting out and don't want to use the easy double handed opener, or like my wife, the electric opener.

This is the best cork screw. I had a cork that was so tight, and a little dry, I could not open it. This thing did it without any issue.

I hadn't realized that better bottles of wine are more likely to have longer corks that are more vulternable to breakage unless you've got a longer corkscrew, but it makes sense, if you think about it. This is by far the most elegant and sophisticated way to host a better bottle of wine with a bit more flair and a lot less mishap at the table, just the way I learned to do it table side at the legendary restaurant most tour guide books at that time uniformly described as "the one truly great place to dine that's actually worth a cab ride all the way out to Brooklyn."It's an elegant looking tool that delivers a bit of flair and drama table side while concurrently eliminating the suspense of wondering whether or not a bit of cork will break off inside the bottle, thereby turning this drama into an awkward and embarrassing moment of finagling to salvage the moment table side.P.S.: The 352 Reserva, is definitely an upgrade for most folk. What I usually hate about corkscrews is that the helix (the metal swirly part that actually goes into the cork) is just not long enough, and I tend to break the corks. NOT WITH THIS ONE! Although this gizmo is simple, it's very well designed, and I really like the wooden handle and the accents. The design of the “horseshoe” (the piece that comes down and fits onto the top of the bottle-neck) adjusts to different bottles - I never realized that this is the feature I was missing all this time!Bottom Line: The FALCORK Reserva 352 is so sophisticated yet so well designed, I believe even a novice would feel confident enough to open a bottle of wine at the table with this gizmo (instead of hiding in the kitchen in case they screw it up!).

The “352 Reserva” is a professional grade corkscrew by Falcork that definitely hits the mark when it comes to both aesthetics and functionality. Although this product will be exclusively used at home, we have been through far too many corkscrews that resulted in broken corks followed by a lot of headache. Such subpar performance could likely be boiled down to one simple thing, the length of those corkscrews were simply too short to cleanly pierce through the cork in its entirety. This is one of several areas that was clearly well thought out during the product design. This corkscrew definitely makes a statement as it’s designed with stainless steel, a wooden handle, and gilded accents. It also sports a highly functional, albeit minimalist design that promotes sound food hygiene. The builtin foil cutter is curved to hug the perimeter of the wine bottle while preventing accidental cuts to the fingers. The foil cutter is also designed to work equally well regardless of the dominant hand. Finally, when compared to similar style corkscrews, the three step lever is a nice addition that will further ensure an unbroken removal. Now, there are just two things that I would have preferred to see. The first thing that I would simply question is why go through all of the trouble to make an otherwise outstanding product, yet have an unevenness to the stainless steel pieces running through the center? The second thing, that I would also question, is why make the giant QR code so prominent? These two things do take away from the overall luxurious feel even if the later does have a good purpose.Ultimately, you could see that I have far more good things to say than bad, but there are definitely no dealbreakers here! I actually think this is a very well designed product and it’s built solid, so I’m certain that we’ll get many years of good use out of it. All said, I definitely would recommend it!

The "352 Reserva - Three Stage Professional Corkscrew" is a nice addition to our home bar. It functions similarly to a standard waiters friend corkscrew however the new design has a 3 stage lever and deeper screw allowing older corks to be more easily removed without crumbling. The construction is solid and the whole thing is pretty bulky and heavy. Not sure I would want to carry it around at a restaurant, but its great for home use.
