Very nicely made, substantial, quality basket. It does NOT hold 9 XL toilet rolls. It might hold 9 regular but would be tight

I wanted to find a stylish and functional solution for organizing the toilet paper in our guest bathroom. I was not disappointed with this find. One of the biggest selling points of this toilet paper holder is its beautiful, rustic design. The water hyacinth natural weave added a touch of elegance and warmth to our bathroom, making it stand out as both a practical and decorative item. The 6 rolls of toilet paper it can hold was a perfect feature. It was a way to keep extra stock close by. The open design allows you to see exactly how much toilet paper you have left at a glance. The basket was surprisingly sturdy, and felt solid and well-made. The handwoven construction gives it a unique texture, and it holds up well to regular use.A few caveats arose however during the time we have had it. Number one is not specific to the basket, but since the basket is open; it’s possible for dust, lint, or even moisture to accumulate inside, especially in humid bathroom environments. A monthly dusting should suffice in keeping the basket clean. I feel another issue was how top heavy the basket felt. Because it’s a freestanding design with an open top, when the basket is not full it may tip over more easily than more stable designed baskets. This isn’t a huge issue but something to be mindful of, especially if you’re placing it in a high-traffic bathroom.Overall, I feel the basket might require a little more cleaning maintenance to prevent dust build-up, and the top heavy frame may require a more gentle handling; these, however, are minor trade-offs compared to the overall convenience and aesthetic appeal this basket offers.

This is a sturdy and beautiful basket, which is why I give it 5 stars. I was not wed to the idea that this *must* function as a toilet paper basket, because my current toilet paper storage solution is fine, but I was keeping my mind open. The toilet paper rolls that we buy do not fit more than 2x2 in this basket instead of 3 x 2. They're just too big, so in the end, this is too much of a waste of space. However, it is an ideal size for so many other small spaces in our house, that I'm happy to have it. We are using this one in the kitchen on a rolling cart for whatever I need to hide in the moment. The water hyacinth weave is very well done and extremely attractive and the basket came smelling ONLY of the water hyacinth material. It did not come with any fabric deodorizing sprays as so many things do these days. So if you are allergic to perfumes, this will be safe for you to order and use in your home right away.

I have gone through several baskets, trying to find one to hold Costco rolls of TP, and this is it! The rolls fit in there snug, but not so much as you tear them apart taking them in/out. Would highly recommend.

I love this basket. It fits large toilet paper rolls and looks contemporary in any style bathroom. The basket itself is sturdy and well made. Totally recommend this product!
