This is a very cute fairy garden house display. It fits perfectly in my garden and turns on at night thanks to the solar power.

What the heck is with literally several feet of excess wire stuffed in this thing? There were a couple of wires near the door. I started pulling on them. And pulling. And pulling. I had around 10" of wire out when I stopped. There was plenty more inside. When it's lit up or in the sun, it looks like a bunch of colored spaghetti exploded inside. Apart from that (very) annoying aspect, the rest is really, really cute. The inside lights up as does a butterfly and ladybug. The batteries and switch are on the bottom and the solar cell on top. Personally I think the batteries on the bottom is a really bad idea. Why? If you sit this on the ground, in your garden, etc. the battery compartment WILL flood and the batteries WILL get ruined.I'm going to have to pay attention to where this goes and make sure it's never going to get puddles around it. Almost gave it three stars because of that.

This is a really nice fairy house that will look great in our fairy village, which we will put out when it gets warmer. The interior lights up, and the lady bug and butterfly on the outside. It's fairly large compared to the rest of our houses. It looks like the ramshackle manor house!

Super cute house for outdoor garden. It is listed as “3 houses”, but I would not say it looks like 3 houses, just 1 with 3 stories. Study resin, should hold up in outdoor elements. The butterfly and lady bug on the rooftops appear to be a clear resin or hard plastic. Not a soft flimsy plastic, so should also hold up outside over time. The butterfly and ladybug also shine very brightly at night and last approx 8 hours. The inside does illuminate, which is visible through the windows and doors, but not as brightly. It’s a nice glow from the inside. The door is partially open and is not hinged, so it does not open and close. The painting is done very well, but a bit on the darker side. (Not very bright or bold colors) For scaling purposes for your gnome/ fairy garden - the gnome on the front, from shoes to top of hat, is 3 inches. It’s a very cute piece and a great addition to my garden.
