The wood shank and core are fully bonded to the SV method, so it is very difficult to break.

I have various Prime Quality graphite pencil makes and these are my favourite. The quality and handling of these pencils give amazing results. On using the H pencils I do not get the scratchy feel like I do on some other prime Quality pencil brands. The quality is worth paying for.

You can buy these pencil sets from 5H to 5B or 2H to 8B. The pencils smear evenly without scratching the paper, and stippling and line art also work beautifully. This brand of pencils is worth every penny.

These pencils are my absolute go-to when I want to do a graphite drawing. They’re an artist’s dream pencils, just perfect. They’re so smooth and really great at sharpening to fine tip, just make sure you use a professional sharper. Each of the color of the shades is very accurate. The blending they do is buttery smooth. These pencils will give you a great performance when creating artwork. I find these a great value for money. Faber Castell does not play with their graphite pencils! 100% recommend.

実は、12本あっても鉛筆の階調を味わうことができるのかと疑問を持っていましたが、それは杞憂でした。最初は、最も固い2Hから鉛筆を入れていましたが、ガラス瓶の複雑な光の階調を描くには向いていないと考え、2B又は3Bでモノの輪郭を描いてから影を入れてみています。ユニやステッドラーの鉛筆と比べてどうかと言うと持ち触りが柔らかいと感じています。また、シンプルで落ち着いた深緑の塗装がいい意味で個性を主張せず作画に集中できる様に感じます。ファーバーカステルの鉛筆とは学生時代のフィールドノート用の2Bからで、もう半世紀に渡る付き合いですが、品質に対する信頼感を裏切られることはありませんでした。

These graphite artist pencils are durable, and glide easily across most paper. The quality is obvious and I love the tin case for both durability and portability. I've used them in one art class so far, and look forward to many other adventures.

This is a great set of graphite pencils that comes in a nice little tin case. It has the high quality that you can expect from a German product. The pencils are smooth and really stand out versus a standard yellow pencil. This set would work well for any level of artist.
