Ordered this frame on 2 other occasions a few months ago and they were perfect! Went to order another one and had 3 different ones sent with none of them matching the original. The size of the hardware is different and the style of the frame is completely different. They don’t match and we cannot use in our space. Customer support for this was less than helpful directly from this company. Sounds like they went the cheap route with a new supplier.

I got my picture frame without the standoff mount gold fixtures. Basically I paid 50 dollars for 2 pieces of glass. Disappointed that I can't hang my master diploma up

I ordered these frames for my church decor. Unfortunately, the product arrived in a box that was tattered and poorly packaged. The "glass caution tape" that was used to secure the fiberglass package were torn in several places exposing the sided of the frames. These frames are extremely disappointing altogether. Not at all what I expected, nor described in the product description. The frames were poor in transparency and very scratched through. (It appears as though you took sandpaper to the surface of the frames). To further disappoint, I ordered gold hardware and received silver in the package. I requested a refund to my original form of payment and Amazon proceeded to give a credit to my Amazon account. Overall, very disappointed with the produce and Amazon.

I you can see I have two picture here . I order the first one but when you look at the screw hardware one is 3/4 inc and the other one is 1/2 inch it doesn’t look good. It’s better if he use the 3/4 inch. Screw hardware for both. I love it but it doesn’t look good . I don’t mind give it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came horribly packaged with sharpie written on the frames and with scratches all over. Only received 9 acrylic pieces and not 18 for my 9 frames. Advertised as double-walled but have to purchase each wall separately. So unhappy.
