A few didn't work right out of the box, but we lived with it. What's unacceptable is that a little over a year later 10 of the original 24 tubes are currently working. Under very light usage. Truly bad performance, especially at that price.

Several didn’t work right out of the box, some have died in less than 2 months. Very disappointing as I have been trying several brands and can’t find any that last like they should.

These were easy to install, and lived a long life. They showed things I can not unsee.Do not put these in any room where you are afraid of the question, 'what is that stain?'
