Quiero compartirles que estoy muy satisfecho y contento con mi compra, luego de una ardua búsqueda por el mejor intercomunicador para casco me encontré con el ASMAX F1, decidí hacer la compra porque me encantó el diseño, luego de saber que las características son las que buscaba en un producto como este no dude en realizar mi compra, decidí comprar el Combo Dual para regalarle uno a mi esposa con quien salgo siempre a mis rutas, cabe destacar que la manera de manipular este intercomunicador es SÚPER Fácil, te facilita mucho su uso con los comandos de voz, las combinaciones de botones son muy sencillos y fáciles de aprender, no necesitar ser un experto para instalarlos y para usarlos, todo viene detallado en su manual de usuario, los materiales son de excelente calidad, el volumen y la calidad de sonido son de lo mejor, si tienen la oportunidad de adquirir este producto, aprovéchenla, yo les aseguro que no se van a arrepentir:)

L’interfono da casco moto che ho provato si è rivelato un compagno perfetto per le mie lunghe uscite in moto. La qualità del suono è cristallina, sia per quanto riguarda la musica che le comunicazioni con il passeggero o altri motociclisti. La connessione Bluetooth è stabile e si aggancia velocemente al mio smartphone, consentendomi di rispondere alle chiamate senza distogliere lo sguardo dalla strada.Il comfort è un altro punto forte: l’interfono si monta facilmente nel casco e non dà fastidio durante l’uso, nemmeno nelle lunghe tratte. La durata della batteria è impressionante: anche dopo diverse ore di utilizzo, la carica rimane buona e la ricarica è rapida.La funzione di cancellazione del rumore è un altro aspetto che ho apprezzato tantissimo. Durante le comunicazioni, anche a velocità elevate, si sente pochissimo il rumore del vento e del motore, rendendo le conversazioni fluide e chiare. In più, è impermeabile, quindi anche sotto la pioggia non ci sono problemi di malfunzionamento.Insomma, un prodotto che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un interfono affidabile, di qualità e facile da usare, per migliorare l’esperienza di guida in moto.

Works really well. Our rides are now full of conversation. System was easy to fit in both helmets and units are well made. Sound is great app is easy to use. Highly recommended product at a great price point.

Hatte ein Doppelpack bestellt, wovon ein Gerät kaputt war.Nachdem alles im Helm eingebaut war, war natürlich auch die Enttäuschung groß. Nun stand ich vor der Wahl, alles wieder auszubauen, oder den ASMAX-Kundenservice zu kontaktieren.Und schon wich der Frust, denn der Kundenservice ist der beste, den ich he erlebt habe. Sehr freundlich, haben sich entschuldigt und sofort ein neues Gerät geschickt. Und dann gaben sie sogar mehrmals nachgefragt, ob alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit ist!Das ist kundenorientiert - hab ich noch nie so erlebt. Und auch ehrlicherweise nicht von einem chinesischen Unternehmen erwartet. Top!Zim Gerät: Funktioniert super. Sound ist auch klasse. Freue mich auf die Motorradsaison!

I had a problem with one of the communicator so I contacted them and they took care of the problem right off. Sound is very clear. Charges up quickly and easy to install and navigate. Only downsize that I would say is that the range could reach a little further.

I use this system surfing and in the water with water helmet. Not its intended use but works better than anything else out there and hasn’t failed. If you are using for a simple bike ride it could never fail you.

Amateur de roadtrip, j'utilise des intercoms depuis plus de 10 ans et je ne peux plus m'en passer. Face à l'inflation des prix des intercoms, j'ai étudié les alternatives et mon choix c'est porté sur ASMAX F1. Je les ai tester sur un voyage moto de 1000 kms (2 motos, GPS Tomtom et téléphones) en groupe privé avec le second pilote). J'ai apprécié la rapidité de connexion des périphériques à chaque démarrage ainsi la longévité de la batterie. Contrairement à mes anciens CARDO, je continue à entendre le second pilote pendant que la diffusion des informations du GPS. La fixation aimantée est rapide, simple et sûre. Le son est très correcteJ'ai utilisé le système de fixation adhésif pour l'installation sur le casque : simple, sûr et rapide.Ces intercoms ASMAX F1 sont un excellent produit avec un rapport qualité /prix imbattable. C'est une excellente alternative équivalente à Sena et Cardo.Bruno

Audio quality is good can hear music at highway speeds. Have to make sure mic is placed just perfect for voice pickup. Down side after only a month of use one unit only has audio coming through the speakers. Don't know if its speakers or other connection issue. Being able to share music between the two units would be nice like some other units have but not on this unit. Update had a unit the audio only played on one headphone. Manufacturer sent a replacement unit. Will recommend to friends.

Product is good and does what it described and what I have seen on others video. My only feedback is that connection between myself and my pillions is not 100% stable from speech/mic input perspective. Meaning during a slow or highway speed ride we experience at least once where connection becomes spotty where difficult to understand each other. I have tried to move our mics but no good and best of my knowledge it's SW I believe. However, when it works itworks beautifully.I hope others are experiencing same and there is a SW patch push that fixes this issues.Overall, for the price it's a great product! I just want it work all the time.

Less than half the price of the big name units and works just as good. Using the buttons with gloves takes a little getting used to, but the voice commands work fairly well. Easy install of mic & speakers.

Product quality and sound quality were excellent. I was hoping they would work with Sena mesh units that my friends use but that was not true.

The verdict is still out. I may have to return this item. Let me list the issues.1. The app you need to set up this unit has issues, which is odd because it says that app was updated October 2024. I had a difficult time confirming my password selection due to design flaw on the app. Two buttons superimposed on top of one another would not allow me to confirm the password I selected.2. No phone # to call for technical issues or support is listed on the website or in the manual. I have read reviews where other purchasers of this product got technical support, replacement parts, or even replacement units. Like to know how that happened.3. Instructions in the User's Manual provided are woefully inadequate. Things are not clearly explained. A lot of pictures not a lot of written instruction.4. I bought the 2-pack. One for me and one for my wife. It was very difficult for us to sync our phone to our respective ASMax unit. Instructions on how to do so are non-existent. It kept wanting to add both units to each of our phones. This will not work for phone calls or music playlists. Having both units synced to one phone wont work. Finally got it sorted.5. Once we figured out to configure our respective phones, we quickly found out the "Hi Max. voice commands did not work effectively. The command " Hi Max. Group Mesh" required a confirmation by clicking the "conversation Button" for one second to acknowledge. Doing so, caused Max to CANCEL the action. We were allowed to connect to Group Mesh, and Free Mode, but not using "Max" and simply following the button prompts. The User's manual explained how to do both.6. Once in Group Mesh (talk mode) if you were separated by more than 10 feet you would have to yell into the mic for the person you were trying to talk to, to hear anything. If we stood 2 feet apart we could hear the conversation on the ear speakers, We tried to talk by going into different rooms and close the door. Neither the mic or speakers worked. 15 feet apart with a door between us and we got nothing. Sometimes my wife was talking and I could barely hear her at all. Not a volume issue because the Music function was loud and clear.7. Nothing about this process has been easy. I purchased the ASMAX F1 for the "Hi Max" ( Similar to SIRI) feature. So far it is not working for me. The instructions and some on-line videos say that it is possible to link up with up tp 10 riders, even if some of them have bluetooth units other than ASMAX. THat sounds great so why am I having such a difficult time just trying to talk to one person?I am hoping that there is just something that I havent figured out how to do yet. The reviews show a lot of people have success with this unit and it works well for them. Lets hope this review is read and I am contacted by the manufacturer and we can get something out. I want to be happy with this product but right now I am not.Update: ITEM RETURNED >I finally heard from the seller. They were no help at all. They told me they were "working on a fix" and should have a software update " in a month or so. They kept telling me to consult the Users Manual, the very one that was lacking in instruction. When attempting to address the connectivity issues ( I was in one room and my wife was in the next room and we could not hear anything on the headset) the Seller said that if there was a door between us that It might affect the reception. Being in the house both my phone and my wife's phone were using WiFi so there is no way that was an issue. The Seller replied promptly and was courteous but offered no help or solution. They did not seem to have a grasp on what my issues were or how to solve them, They asked me twice to send them a 'details about my issues. Really? They suggested that I send video of my unit not working so they could see. You got to be kidding me. Also, it took quite a bit of leg work to even be able to contact the Seller about any issues. It should not be this difficult. No tech support. Clearly, this item is not quite "ready for prime time". With all the issues I had and that they tell me they are addressing, this product is not quite ready for market. It seems that a lot of people had success with this product, I , however , was not one of those people. If you consider to purchase it will be at a risk. I returned this product a week ago and I have yet to be refunded. This product and my whole experience with this seller has been a disappointment. This has been my most difficult purchase experience on Amazon thus far.

My husband and I have been using this headset for a few months now. We love it, the connection is great. Battery life is outstanding we take 9 -10 hours rides with no problems, and not needing to charge. Voice command is a plus, overall it is a great little device. Worth every penny!
