I bought these for metal removal and cutting. I recently used these for a lawn mower mulching blade. I bought a universal lawn mower blade but upon receiving it the adapter was notched with a circle and oval that was not on the blade also. So, I lined up the circle and oval on the mower blade adapter used these carbide tips to cut the notches into the lawn mower blade. The carbide tips did quick work, and I was able to attach the lawn mower blade to the adapter and it worked. Great product should have bought them sooner.

This thing is so tough it will grind down structural steel no problem. I didn't even use a rotary tool, I just used a ordinary drill. Perfect for smoothing edges or taking off small chunks of metal.

I've used it's a couple times and it's worked well. No complaints. Seems like it will last quite a while. Good deal for the price of a high quality bit.

Compré esta fresa para rebajar o limar los agujeros donde va una cerradura de tres puntos que no cerraba y al girar la llave no entraban los bulones en su sitio. Así que con paciencia se han podido limar hasta conseguir que entren en los agujeros y cerrar con facilidad con la llave. Las puertas macizas con el tiempo y las acorazadas tienden a moverse por dilataciones y a veces puede que se descuelguen y provoquen esa situación. Con esta fresa no tendréis problemas para limar con un atornillador el acero de la cerradura. Si ves que rebota, cambiar el sentido de giro.

We have a set of ramps we use to get heavy things in & out of the shed, but ramps sometimes move. We needed to use pins to anchor the ramps temporarily to the shed floor, so I drilled a hole into each ramp. The holes end up with really rough edges, so that’s where the burr bit comes into play. The bit attaches easily to a hand-held drill and can smooth out or de-burr the rough edges. This allows the pins to be removed and inserted easily, and I’m less likely to tear my skin on rough edges too. The picture shows the drilled hole and you can see no rough edges you usually get with drilling steel. I’m very happy with this handy burr bit.
