I've used this keyboard every day for about 9 months. It has a very satisfying clicky feel, rivaling many more expensive keyboards that I've used in the past. I can type over 100 words per minute (kind of a keyboard snob), and I'm very satisfied with this keyboard.

This keyboard works really well for productivity and coding! I love the addition of turning the WASD into arrow keys when you press the function key. The backlight looks amazing, it isn't harsh on the eyes and it doesn't have any "coil whine" that can be heard from inside the keyboard. The inclusion of an alternative escape key and spacebar is very nice if you do not want the bright orange. The only fault I see is just a personal one, but the spacebar is a bit high up, though its still a nice feel. Overall great keyboard, and I'll definitely be buying another when needed!

You know, i had started a new job. They all made me feel like i was such a slow typer.Anyways. I'm like average. I typed about 60 WPM. But they were all significantly faster than me...So i did the normal thing. I blamed the keyboard. Haha. I thought a mechanical keyboard would help. And in a way IT DID. But not how i expected. This keyboard is VERY high, with the rounded keys i had to improve my precision for hitting the keys.So my typing speed slowed down on this to like 50 wpm. But it improved my accuracy at typing now on the other keyboard I've increased my WPM to like 65.Not a lot. But idk. I think this is a good keyboard in that it actually helps you improve typing. We should actually learn on mechanical keyboards.. i get that would help improve how fast we get it..Idk.Anyways. I like it. I don't game, i don't like the lights. I don't look at the keys so i don't mind that they're difficult to see..I think it looks classy and i feel like a courtroom reporter lolThis is very affordable, and checks EXACTLY what i wanted in a keyboard.

I'm not including photos as I feel that the photos and videos other people have included are accurate representations of what I received. For reference, I've plugged this keyboard into a 2014 13" Macbook Pro (it sounds positively Jurassic as I write that, given that it's 2020!).What I love:- The color! Oh, the keyboard is beautiful. There is a small instructional insert that comes with the keyboard. It's printed in both English and Chinese. It tells you how to change the LED pattern. Very easy and fancy.- The backlit keys! One reason I chose this keyboard above others was that the keys are actually backlit in such a way that you can see the letters/numbers/symbols, even in the dark. Other keyboards didn't offer that feature.- The sound! It is soooo clackety-clackety. This probably isn't the keyboard for someone who needs to work in the quiet. It's not exactly like an old electric typewriter, but it's pretty darned close. It's much louder than computer keyboards circa 90's and 00's as far as "clicks" are concerned. Personally, I love it!- The number pad - it's really convenient to have a number pad on the right side of the keyboard rather than hunting and pecking for numbers above the letters. This is a small point, however someone who uses numbers a lot would probably agree with me.Things I Wish Were Better***There may be workarounds for what I'm about to discuss -- I need to do further research***- Function Keys such as "End" or key combinations such as "ALT + TAB" don't work as normal on my Mac. It's only slightly irritating so far.- Nothing else!In conclusion, super cool keyboard. Fun and loud for creative writing -- the sound makes me feel like I'm really accomplishing something! Not sure how well it works for gaming, as that's not my purpose, but for normal day-to-day keyboard usage it's excellent.

I needed a new keyboard and wanted something fun and different - I love the look of a retro keyboard that has the round keys that look like an old typewriter, and better yet this sounds very much like an old-fashioned typewriter (not 100% but pretty darn close). That being said it is a LOUD clicky sound so if you're around other people, or near somebody trying to watch tv or listen to music, it's going to be very annoying. There is no way to silence the clicky sound.I totally underestimated what you could do with the colors on this keyboard when I purchased it - once I hooked it up and read the instructions and played around with it I was amazed - you can set this to several different scrolling/flashing light patterns, or no lights at all if you prefer. The colors are bright and beautiful, but not so bright as to be annoying or distracting. I've gotten compliments on this when somebody sees it on how cool it looks/feels. I haven't used it a whole lot for gaming but for the little bit of gaming I have done it works great, it's quite comfortable and easy to use. For the price I think it's a fantastic purchase, I definitely would recommend it.

I'm not a gamer, but I am a power typist as that's my job and my hobby. As a result, I need a keyboard that's responsive and feels good. I also grew up on a typewriter, so this retro style fits all of my wants and needs. Keyboard is plug and play, and the light controls are simple -- FN+INS to change modes (I've only been able to do 4 modes and not 9) and FN+up/down arrow for brightness. Keyboard feel is great. The keys have a lot of travel compared to thin keyboards, but I like that. The keys are also clicky, so you (and your neighbors) will hear them. I like the noise but others may not One note. Because of the style of key, they are very close together and the first hour or so you'll find yourself hitting two keys, but after a bit you get the hang of it. At this price point, you probably can't beat this keyboard.
