No more trying to pour saline solutions into mini cups then into the eye socket. This little cup fills through a wide mouth. Then placed under your eye horizontally to easily place the seal and then squirt your eye softly.

You MUST REMOVE THE BULB RINSE & LET DRY OUT COMPLETELY DRY BEFORE PUTTING BACK ON CUP TO PREVENT BACTERIA FROM GROWING IN BULB.No problem here to do that. Love this cup. I use with Selene eyewash. But I did realize if you don't remove the bulb and Rinse it and let it dry completely it will grow bacteria.
