These shirts hold up well for the price. The decals do start to come off after a few washed. The overall integrity of the shirt is good. My children train Jiu-jitsu 3x a week, so they are used & washed a lot. This is our 2nd time purchasing this brand.

Very well-cut. Fits as expected (6’2”, 215lb male); XL size feels good to wear.There’s a body shaping effect, to this compression shirt. As soon as I put it on, I become more conscious of my posture (that’s a plus), and there’s also a look good/feel good “confidence” boost to wearing clothes this well-designed (slims around the waist, supports your lats and supports/groups (fights gravity?) your muscles.Definitely helps create a more flattering profile, while being a very functional shirt. No restrictive movement; you can comfortably wear this for hours as your only shirt or as a base layer.For anyone not used to wearing compression gear, though, be aware you’re trading circulatory/compression benefits for the more breathable workout clothing you may be accustomed to (like “wick-away” style clothes).
