Great shells! Everything you need came included which is great! All the screwdrivers included were good to use, no stripped screws or anything. There is a bit of warping that makes it not fit perfectly but it’s honestly close enough you can’t even tell. Swapped for my husband and he loves it! The shell is soft touch also which he loves!

Once you watch their videos they have on YouTube is pretty straightforward. The kit came with everything you need; EXCEPT for the bumper pads ( I just used double sided foam tape or you can just transfer the ones you need) Definitely worth the money. 🤩

This classic xbox case feels premium only took 40 minutes to swap old case.Well worth the money comes with all the screws and tools you need also feels great to hold would definitely recommend this product.

I ordered the retro inspired shell and first of all this is by FAR the best quality controller shell you can buy from Amazon. I have bought other brands and they feel cheap and don’t fit right but these are genuinely a PERFECT fit, very nice material and the soft matte feel of the shell is something I can’t get over. Seriously impressed.

Took me no time at all to completely change the look of my controller and add some nostalgia! The quality is great and everything fit perfect.For anyone saying there is some extra clicking in the triggers when you install, there are two tiny little rubber pads with a sticky side that go on the back portion of the controller. Swapped those over to the new shell and perfect. No click.100% suggest buying this product!

Looks great. The soft plastic feels much h better to hold than the textures plastic on the base controllers. The teardown is really simple as long as you follow the guide, it was harder for me to pry open the sides of the controller than the actual disassembly, so far 8/10

This wasn't as bad as reshelling my PS5 controller. Not easy per se, but definitely easier. Watching a YouTube video will help anyone who is inexperienced. That said, this shell has a nice soft rubbery feel to it. The buttons all fit perfectly in the shell face and have little wiggle room. The final look is great and brings back an early 90's look to my next-gen console controller.

Edit: I didn’t like the way it turned out, so I purchased the “SNES Classic” for the backing, and a set of” Passion Red” buttons. It now truly looks like an original NES style controller (two new pictures added). I just wish I could have purchased these all as one kit instead of wasting so much money for all the different kits.Bought together with scarlet red button set (so I could make the shoulder buttons red as well), textured grips, and custom joysticks.If you want the red shoulder buttons like I have, but you don’t like the dark red, there is another more basic red button set that has a matte finish.My only thing… I with the gray covered the grip area as well (the original NES controller was actually gray with just the front black), and gray rings around the joysticks (like how the original controller has a gray block around the dpad).I love the finished product after putting everything together. Very nostalgic.
