I chose this one because the pictures show it having two locking wheels. The description says "Features smooth-roll casters, two of which lock for added stability during use". All four wheels are regular swivel wheels. If I would have known, I would have gotten the same identical jack at Harbor Freight for $30 cheaper. Hope this helps save someone some money.

Hello, I received my transmission jack but it have been throw all over during shipment. Box damage and open, and some of hardware missing from it, but the transmission jack working strong still.
