I have locs, and this swim cap does a good job fitting all my hair inside comfortably. However, when I’m floating or going underwater, my hair still gets wet. It’s great for light water activities but not ideal if you’re looking for complete water protection.

I’m a black woman with locs. My hair falls to my waist. With all my hair and my noggin…I can’t usually find hats. This cap works! I put my hair in a large top bun and the cap stretched over and covered my ears. It was secured enough that I pushed out the air and it was really locked on. It’s great. Ear plugs and nose guard too! Win win! The material is thick and feels durable.

I have long waist-length hair and I really wanted to swim for weight loss and overall health. However, the only thing that prevented me, was the fact that I hate to get my hair soaked with the pool chlorinated water, so I end up just doing water aerobics at the shallow end of the pool. I ordered this and have used it a few times and It holds really my hair in place. I have re-started lap swimming in the pool. It does not keep all my hair dry 100%. But it does a very good function of holding my hair in place and if I wear a snug silicone head band around my hairline and then putting on this cap, I have found that it keeps my hair 80-90% dry. This swim cap is comfortable and easy to use. My head does not hurt. It material seems good and durable and the size was right for my large head. I am going to use this 3-4 times a week for lap pool swimming. We will see how it holds up. So far, so good.

My wife absolutely loves this swim cap! She has long hair and it keeps everything in its place with no fuss. This is a great cap for someone who has lots of hair of any variety! I have a large afro myself and suprisingly the cap fit with room to spare at the top, great coverage. It kept the water from getting into the trim pretty good. As long as you wear it correctly you hair will be protected. Overall, its comfortable and is big enough to fit all types of hairstlyes. It went ti the pull on a 90 degree day so of course my head was warm. But i did appreciate the ease of putting it on and taking it off as I pleased. A bonus ear and nose plug came with!

This swim cap is made for us if you know what I'm talking about. Ive used this swim cap in class because. I'm in college and I tell you it is great for long hair, weave, and all. Im not going to lie your edges can get wet and the baby hairs in the back of your head but other than that this is a good investment. In order to keep my wigs from getting wet when I swim I put on a silk scarf and one of those edge bands so my wig doesn't slide off and my edges don't get wet. I pay too much money to get my hair done and my wigs be barely get wet with this swim cap. And this swim cap is so big that you can even throw under a bonnet under it if you wanted to be little extra like me. I tell you this is a good product because my wigs barely get wet and even if they do its little to nothing. I would not lie to my people it is really good to support this company because they are making a product that's supports us.
