Instead of cutting my burgers in two, I decided to buy these 15x15 sandwich/burger liners. Somehow it tricks me into thinking I've gone to a fashionable cheeseburger restaurant and the burger tastes better.I would note that initially I bought the smaller sized paper (was it 12 x 12 or 13x13), but I recommend this size more~!

I found the blue check to be a thinner quality than the black. Product worked fine. Love these for wrapping breakfast sandwiches and lunches.

The size and quality of the paper is fine. But unlike other quality sandwich paper that comes in a cardboard dispensing box (similar to a horizontal tissue paper box) where you can easily pull one paper at a time, this paper comes in bulk. So instead of a neat box on the counter, you get a bulk stack of 300 sheets, shrink wrapped for shipping. Loose on the counter, this pile of sheets quickly becomes a mess. Especially on a busy deli counter or in our food trucks.Word for the wise. Great paper- needs a dispensing box.

We freeze homemade burritos for quick snacks and meals. In the past, we have used parchment paper with an outer layer of foil to prepare them for freezing and later microwave reheating. These liners performed as well as parchment sheets and are a perfect size.

Sandwiches were my nemisis! My "fast food". No more - just wrap whatever sandwich stuffing you prefer in a waxed sandwich paper and don't eat the "bread"! Regular wax paper doesn't work but these do.Plus, these are large enough that you can cut them in half to make a "wrap" (like a burrito) or even quarters, if your sandwich stuffing isn't too juicy and drippy or wrap a fully stuffed omelette. You can use salami slices or cheese or lettuce leaves or, of course, woven bacon squares to keep your stack of filling together and keep from losing your mayo or even make a bunch of thin, flash fried hamburger patties and use them as "bread" without getting your hands all greasy. That's really the only purpose of the bread, if you're keto and in need of "fast food". I made a sort of jig that allows me to re-slice bread slices in half and I've bought french loaves so I could slice them really thin but it's still bread. Less of a problem for me, if it's toasted, but toasting extra thin slices of bread doesn't work very well and it's still BREAD - which I don't want.
