the adjustable length needs to be less adjustable, when pulling out of shoe have to pull all length before it comes out. The movable shoe part moves to much so when slips to side have hard time moving back to heel area.

The thought behind the product was great. The adjustable pole works great and extends a great length. Only wished the Spring was alot stiffer because trying to use while standing up is difficult if needed for that purpose or possibly provide some training or techniques for using.

This item is completely worthless! It is so flexible that it bends all the time and does not do its job. Plan to throw it away! Will buy a stable one at a medical supply store!

This collapse is small enough to go into my suitcase easily. So it is my travel shoehorn. I like the fact that there is a spring that helps my foot go in easier.

As a tall person with limited reach this shoehorn makes getting shoes on easy again. My old plastic one broke so decided for something a bit more heavy duty. The length is perfect when extended and is easy to maneuver with the spring end. Priced right and built well, very pleased with the purchase.
