How to wear/tie shemagh scarf？


1. With the shemagh completely open, match one corner with the corner diagonally opposite from it, folding the square in half and into a triangle.

2. Fold the longest side of the triangle in 1 inch, about 2 or 3 times.

3. List the folded edge with two hands, and put it around your neck, now the fringe is on your chest.

4. Put the right part around your neck, to your left part. And vice versa.

It’s really nice quality it’s comfortable as well. It’s much more like a bigger handkerchief rather than a shemagh. If you want the traditional shemagh look buy two, and tie them together. It’s probably not going to fit over your head shemagh style unless your head is very small. I have a medium sized head and it won’t drape over. It will cover your face well though. I imagine even for a bigger sized head. The color is nice and the fabric is warm yet breathable. I’m definitely going to use it a lot. It’s nice just not exactly like I hoped

If you travel often, this is a Must Have! Comes in a variety of colors and patterns! Has come in handy for me while visiting historical religious sites and famous cathedrals (cover your head, out of respect!), at the beach to cover shoulders for dinner and dress up an outfit, and out on the boat for covering my hair and ears from the wind! La tela está muy chafa y huele raro. Cuando te pones la bufanda se ve bien de lejos, pero cuando te acercas a los detalles se ven feos...Se ve como cuando te pones una camisa al revés y se ven los patrones borrosos, así se ve la bufanda.Lo bueno es que si te ves bien cuando te la pones

Heb deze besteld als een anvulling op de traditionele Shemaghs die ik al heb, en enorm graag gebruik.Het materiaal voelt stevig aan, en het lijkt erop dat dit inderdaad echt katoen is en echt geweven materiaal, dus dat is een pluspunt. Ook is de shemagh lekker groot. Maar het grote minpunt is, dat het materiaal dun is, en erg losjes geweven.Ik ben van mijn traditionele shemaghs ook wel gewend dat die een beetje losjes geweven zijn en doorschijnen. Dat hoort ook zo: Ze worden oorspronkelijk in warme landen gebruikt, en zijn dus van ademend en sneldrogend materiaal. Ze danken hun warmte als sjaal vooral aan het feit dat we meerdere lagen over elkaar gebruiken, en daardoor veel isolerende lucht vangen.Maar deze shemagh gaat wel een stapje verder dan dat. Je zou gerust kunnen zeggen dat de dichtheid van deze doek vergelijkbaar is met kaasdoek, of zeer fijne borduurstramien.Beetje jammer, dus. Vandaar maar 3 van de 5 sterren.
