Wonderful. Perfect to help my senior dawg. We recently moved to a house with hardwood floors. The pup slid about, losing his footing and nearly hurting himself. We took him to his groomer. She allowed that she knew just what to do. Trim the nails and the hair between his toes. That helped a bit but did not cure the problem. I researched and saw the rubber tips for the toenails, then found these delightful socks. These things are the golden ticket. He is charging up and down the stairs like a laddie. No sliding or scratching the floor with the manly nails. He is happy. I am happy. Thank you. I ordered another set.

Thought I’d try these for my senior who keeps sliding on the new hardwood flooring since I ripped up the wall to wall carpeting. In theory they work but they continue to slide off his feet. Don’t know if I got the wrong size or it’s just my dog’s feet? For the inexpensive price, they were worth a try.

I bought these for my Chihuahua they are darling. Very nice quality heavy material removable Velcro straps that snap on with a stylish little snap for easy washing. No slip pads on front and back so they are reversible doesn’t matter which way you put them on they will work. These will be perfect for hot side walks and snow.

My groomer accidentally cut my pups paw during a grooming session. We bandaged his paw to stop the bleeding for a few days but I needed something more breatheable for healing and protective, especially around the house and outside to potty. These worked out perfectly because my pup couldn't get them off at all and they allowed the wound to heal. I put a protective baby sock over it for potty to keep the sock clean and dry. Kudos to the design people who thought to put the button on them for the velcro strap. Thanks for a great product!

My 85-lb labradoodle is a service dog and goes to work with me every day. However, he was slipping so badly on the linoleum floors that it was aggravating his knee ligament & hip issues.Enter these grippy socks - these are a game-changer for indoor traction, especially for seniors or dogs with orthopedic issues. They're super soft, his nails don't go through as long as I keep them trimmed, and most importantly? They actually work.Being a service dog, he is much more tolerant to having his paws messed with than other dogs, but they are super easy to put on and made with quality fabric. As soon as my dog realized what the socks were for, he started racing up and down the hallways, absolutely THRILLED with the fact that he could stop and not slide across the floor.I call these socks his "doggy brakes," and he genuinely appreciates them. Recommended these for my parents' dog who just had TPLO surgery on his CCL ligament, and they seem to really help him on the hardwood floors too.Excellent purchase - look no further for the end of the doggy slip-and-slide!

I have a 75 lb. GSD and ordered the “Large” size. They fit perfectly and are very easy to get on and off. You also get 3 pairs of socks in one pack which is a bonus!!!The anti-slip traction grip on these socks is very generous side to side and fully extends from the front of the paw right through to the back unlike some other styles where the grip is focused mainly under the front toe pads of the paw. Even if the sock shifts slightly on the paw it continues to provides excellent traction due to the double-sided design of the sock.They’ve made a huge difference for my girl. Very happy with my purchase.

My senior dog licks and chews on his paws a couple months or so each year due to increased allergy issues. He takes allergy medication year round already so we just have to deal with the problem a different way. These socks are helpful. They are easy to take on and off. They are easy to care for (I hand wash them and hang them up to dry). I like the fact that you get six socks and the grippers are great. However, at least two of the socks (for the back paws) should be longer and have the Velcro in two spots or just one that would be higher up the paw (actually on the leg). They slip down on the back paws too much because they are too short for the back paws. Okay short term but not for longer time frames. Also, the snap for the Velcro attachment to the sock should have a cloth cover over the inside part because it presses into the dogs paw and can cause discomfort. I use these socks for short periods of time during the day when I can’t watch him and he sleeps in human socks that I tape on using cloth tape.

Update on 12/03/2021: I ordered a second set of 6 of these, and I'm now changing my rating to 2 stars based on how different these socks are from the first set. The first thing I notices was that the M size was noticeably smaller than the first set. I decided to try them out any way and placed 2 of them on my dog's rear paws (I used the remaining two from the original purchase on his front paws). The measurements are smaller than the product's description for them. After two weeks, my dog's claws pokes a hole in each of the two rear socks. After two and a half weeks, the rubber on the rear socks was 75% gone, so I reversed them. A half week later the second side was losing rubber. The front socks are still perfect. Either the company has substantially lowered quality and shrunk the size to save money, or the second set was counterfeit - both issues are common with Chinese-based companies nowadays. Whichever the reason, I can no longer recommend these.My daughter bought these for our dog to help him stand on his own. He's getting old and had trouble making it form a lying position to a standing position on our tile and wood floors. He would be out of breath sometimes, and other times would just give up after trying for a couple of minutes. These socks did the trick. He now springs up with little effort.The socks are not the easiest to get on and take some practice. Also, a pair will only last about two months when used continuously (they only come off for walks outside). I would suggest buying two sets of 6 socks. That will get you by for about half a year. I also advice you to only use them indoors and wash them every two weeks or so. As some have said, the socks do slip off from time to time, but it's usually just one or two of them, so your dog will still have at least a couple of socks to help his/her grip.In all, these socks have been a wonderful solution to my old fella's issue.

My senior dog is able to stabilise and walk freely around the house after putting the socks on.
