I ordered 4 of these, and I had to return 2 of them. The flange on the end of the rod is held in place by a small screw and a plastic "washer". On both of the rods I returned, the plastic had broken before delivery. Additionally, one of the packages had been broken open, and one of the flanges and the hardware was missing. I know this may not have been the fault of the company that makes these, but all of the boxes were thin and battered which made me wonder if they use cheap boxes for shipping these. I tried to replace the 2 I sent back, since I needed 4 matching rods, but Amazon kept telling me that I had "ordered my limit". I have no idea what that means since I have never seen that message come up before (and I order A LOT). Luckily, Target.com had the same rods, and I was able to get 2 from them.Other than the faulty plastic holding on the flange, the rod was sturdy and easy to attach to the wall. I was able to hang very heavy curtains on them, and they are holding up nicely. For the price, they are not too bad.

This curtain rod looks great and the sleek black lines of the globes makes it fit most decors. Very sturdy rod- seems well made and like it will last. Nice finish that slides easily through the curtain.

Very happy with this curtain rod. I needed a really long one and this one works! It has a middle hook as well that we use for our very big window. It was easy to install - especially with two people - and has held up well over a few months.

I bought 2 of these. They look great and are a great value. Instructions are included for the installation of the hooks to support the rod. There are NO instructions included for the rod itself. I did a simple google search. Apparently, I am not the only one who questioned how to do that installation! Once we used the instructions provided online, we were able to install the rods. They look great.
