These brushes have very rough, splintery handles. The wood looks to be very low quality. I might have my husband sand and oil them but honestly, if I had it to do over again I’d choose something else.

I really like this purchase. I use silicone brushes sometimes, but there are definitely occasions when baking or basting that you need a bristle brush. These are both great.
