I have muscular legs and grossly overestimated the size. Medium was extremely tight, had to return. They felt very high quality and tons of padding, but I did not like that the backing is a solid piece instead of being split under the knee. Makes the material bunch up when bending your knees.

Ive used these knee pads for several times and i'm very impressed. Sizing chart was correct and i had no issues with them sliding down or moving through the day. They are flexible enough to allow full range of motion and allowed me to still sprint up the field. Night and day difference my no knee pain during the game or the next day.
