Mat seemed high quality, but the stitching is already failing after just 1yr. Several rings have already come off, even though the mat still looks to be in good shape. Disappointed in this purchase.

My replacement mat came used there are multiple loops that are ripped around the mat. The box it was sent it in was also covered in tape all around and in bad shape. I have requested a replacement so I will update my review when I receive that. Also had to pay $10 for just a shipping box to send it back in and it’s very hard to fold and fit inside a box, shipping this item back was a struggle.I recieved the replacement and this time it was new and fit my trampoline. Now to just hope this lasts. Customer service was good, they reached out to make sure everything came as it should and I appreciate it that. Still not five stars since I still had to take time and pay out of pocket for the return

Our last trampoline lasted our kids over 4 years and it was a hand me down from another family. We needed to replace the mat. So we bought this one. We have only had the mat 4 months and 21 of triangle rings have broken. This is ridiculous. Don’t buy this product.

It is the wrong size for a 16ft tramp. It measures a foot short. It measured 14 something.
