Reliable and Easy to UseI bought the Ewinever 6-Pack Tourniquet for practice and general preparedness, and they exceeded my expectations. These tourniquets are durable, well-made, and very simple to use. The elastic provides excellent tension and maintains its strength even with frequent use.I appreciate how smooth the application and release process is, which makes them practical for a variety of scenarios. The size is perfect—long enough to work on both arms and legs comfortably. The 6-pack is a fantastic value for the price, allowing me to keep one in different locations for convenience. These are great for anyone needing reliable tourniquets for training, clinical practice, or emergency kits. Highly recommend!

I think it works great and my patients like it better than the rubber band on their skin.

These are what I call a "leap of faith purchase" - I could understand how they could possibly work, but the price point was right and my patients deserved a less painful alternative to traditional tourniquets. I literally just got them and finally figured out how they work.My only feedback for the manufacturer is to include instructions for use in the package - I had to refer back to the webpage because I couldn't figure it out; I was completely overthinking it, but wow, once I got it, I couldn't believe how simple and effective they are. Regardless of your needs, if you require an item like this, I highly recommend it.

This is a great gift for Emergency preparedness or a loved one to simply keep in their glove box. It is very user-friendly and small and compact.

Received the product next day. Decent quality for price. Only let down was how tight i could get them. Would have preferred if it could get tighter before feeling like it was about to pop apart. All in all, got what I expected.

Just like the little instructional video says, this thing could not be easier to use. It is literally a seatbelt, or rather, an arm belt, it snaps into place, and there you can set tightness depending on how hard you’d like to apply pressure. It is great for hiking, camping, emergencies (impromptu), but a progressional one like the Cat 7, it would still help enormously. It gets REALLY tight if you want it to, but I fear ripping the spandex if I pull too hard.Overall I think it’s a nice product that hopefully never needs using. Remember the old adage—! It’s better to not have it, than to have it and not need it.Only reason I’m giving it a 3/5 is because it was slightly confusing to find the seat belt mechanism even though it was in front of our eyes, as well as the fact that it’s not CAT approved. I realize they are for different severities of bleeding, but this one can be used as a substitute in cases you need immediate help. Spandex rips— if you’re in it for an emergency tool, go with the CAT 7, otherwise these are just fine for minor or moderate use where jnjury may occur.

The buckle is made from plastic and I feel like it might break if cinched tight. And In an emergency trying to work it with shaking hands potentally covered with blood, it could be a bit difficult to operate. But for clinical use it should be fine.

It works well. It does what is supposed to do. I use them to draw blood and my patient loves them vs the evil rubber bands.
