It seems most girls softball pant are low rise so it’s nice to find a pair that is high rise. My daughter wears a scoliosis brace and needs the extra rise to go over it. She plays travel ball so these get a ton of use. They are a nice, thicker material do you can’t see through them but not so thick they are overly hot. Sufficient padding for sliding on dirt or turf. My daughter can wear this style until she eventually bust the knees out….but they will last about a year. My only complaint is I wished these had a slightly longer leg. They tend to want to sit right under her knee so when she squats it slides above it. However, my daughter is also extremely long legged so this is a problem we run into with most softball pants. Fit is very tts.
