Flexible connection: fully compatible with Office 365, MS Exchange, IBM Domino and Google Apps for Business. The Evoko LISO room manager consists of an 8 inch touch sensitive display that is attached to the wall in front of the conference room and connected to the company Exchange Server. Installation on the server is as easy as creating a new employee on the network. All important information is displayed on the display: current time, start and end of the meeting, and during the meeting the remaining time of use of space. The touch sensitive display has a clear menu structure and gives you a quick overview of the booking status. It allows you to book, cancel or extend a reservation from a meeting. You can also report a faulty projector, projector or other features with just one touch on the corresponding symbol. The report is immediately directed to the responsible place and the error can be quickly fixed. The Evoko 8 inch touch display shows through its discreetly luminous frame whether the respective room is in use or free. The Evoko LISO room manager automatically syncs with Microsoft Outlook. This means that you can book from your own computer (if you are past the touch sensitive screen, you can of course book directly there).

We’ve got 30 of these and once you get them setup they are flawless. Not sure about the support others have mentioned but I got an immediate response when I ran into an issue and they continuously checked on my issue to make sure it was resolved.Main problem I had was with our Cisco switches they blocked anything that tried to auto negotiate Rather than forcing 10/100/1000. Once we plugged into a regular switch and used a power adapter we were able to update the evoko to use 10/100 instead of auto negotiate POE worked properly. Well received by our users.

I purchased 7 of these for our conference rooms and they are awesome. They took a little effort to configure, but once I did, I love them. However, I warn anyone thinking of buying these that if you have any issues with them you are on your own. The support team will send you an initial email telling you they are looking into your issue, but they don't follow up. It has been 18 days now and I have not heard anything back. I have added notes to the ticket asking for an update and still nothing. Buyer beware!

Instructions take the form of a business card with a link to download files.The Install documents refer to files that do not exist.Running the files that do exist fail with various errors.One fails with a stop error, the other with a database configuration error.Support does not exist; from the vendor web site: "Due to an internal reorganization our ingoing phone support is temporarily closed. It will open again shortly, and in the meantime you can send an email to support.us@evoko.se and we’ll help you as soon as we can." (typos as copied from web site)Returned to Amazon
