I've had this airsoft gun for about a month now and it is still working great. I have had zero jams and it is still shooting three bb's as it's supposed to. Unfortunately there is no real hop up, but you're mostly going to use this for CQB, so range isn't really an issue. At about 20 to 25 feet the spread of the bb's begin to widen, which is reasonable for a shotgun, and the spacing is still good which is an inch or so. I have seen a common issue of the shell that was given with this product does not eject from the gun. The solution I have found for this is that I carefully removed the sticker used on the shell and afterwords the shell was able to eject easy peasy.The only real downsides to this item are 2 things.1. If you are young or don't have that much strength in your arms, this gun requires some pull for the spring used for the pump. Though it isn't much of an issue for me, be warned that you will start to tire out your arms from the consistent pumping if you arn't used to it.2. I'm not sure if you have to buy the full metal version, but this product only gives you one shell, which is a tad disappointing since you have to rely on one shell of a capacity of 10 rounds, 3 per shot. With prior knowledge you should go out of your way and buy more shells when buying this gun.

I wish that it came with maybe 2 more shells. You will have to buy some more shells, they aren’t cheap but make sure you buy the tri shot shells. The speed loader it came with is not very good and broke, I have a Tokyo marui one that works great but there are other speed loaders here on Amazon that work well. Over all a 4/5 gun, comes as advertised, just buy more shells, better bb’s and a better speed loader.

The shotgun did not have a silver shell ejector like the one advertised in the picture also the 65.00 price is way too expensive for it the gun feels so plastic-ky the stock is hollow ive spent less on better quality tri-shot airsoft guns that included rubber grip textures on the pump and stock....also feels like it could break the first time if dropped I'd recommend another shotgun over this one plus the shipping was too long..
