it is a little large for our bed, almost covers the bed skirt, but our bed is a sleep number and not very deep. If you have a 16 or 18 inch deep mattress I am sure it will fit better. This coverlet is wonderful for winter.It is warm and soft, and looks so great.

I’ve searched everywhere for a lightweight coverlet that fits my bed. Our king sized mattress is lofty and an additional memory foam topper makes average bedding a difficult fit. This oversized coverlet drops below the top of my bed skirt and has enough length to cover our pillows up top! I chose white/ivory. The color is true. Not a hint of yellow. The weight is comparable with a nice blanket, which is exactly what I wanted. My former comforter was HEAVY and a pain to drag over the bed. I immediately washed the coverlet in cold water, medium spin, and dried on low. There was no noticeable shrinkage. I also love the envelope flap on the shams. No pillow peeking out at the end.

I’m a hot sleeper, so this will be perfect instead of a comforter! The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because it didn’t come with washing instructions. It says machine washable when I looked on here but it doesn’t say anything specific!

Looks good. Very lightweight, which is fine but lighter than expected. I did want cotton though, and this is 100% polyester—not as described in the listing.
